Covid 19 Notice

Due to Covid 19 there might be delays and short of inventories

Free Standard Shipping: All items on our website ship for free, without any minimum purchase!

Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.

Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.

Please note: we currently DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Standard Delivery means that the carrier will deliver the freight to the curb or the end of the driveway, building office. Delivery will be the first dry area outside the home. You will be responsible for transport beyond that point. An order is left in the original packaging. No Signature Required.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves the warehouse, Usually 2-3 days after process and packing in the warehouse. a tracking number will be emailed to you after pickup from warehouse. Tracking codes take one business day to activate or populate on shipping company website.

If you live in California, Georgie and New Jersey, you may get you shipment faster because fulfillment centers are located in these states

Most of our customers receive their items 5-8 days after items left our fulfillment centers.

Oversized items

 Oversized items, Due to shipment size, shipping services are only offered via carrier trucking service. Shipments will be scheduled within 3-8days business days after the order has been placed and delivery will be in approximately 15 business days depending on the destination. Rural area may take little longer.

Our carrier will contact the customer prior to setting up the delivery date/time/pick up location before delivery is attempted. Once the appointment is successfully scheduled, there will need to be a designated person who will be available to sign for the delivery. Our shipments are ‘Self Service’ and ’Curbside Only’ meaning we will not deliver inside the residence. Customers are required to pick up items from the truck and bring them back into their residence by themselves.

Oversized items, If you are not available for your delivery appointment, you may be subject to additional fees such as storage charges and/or re-delivery. Carrier’s re-delivery fees usually range can be $150 or more. 

Also, keep in mind that if the freight carrier is not able to contact you for delivery, they may return your item to one of our warehouses and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you need to reschedule your delivery appointment, please contact the carrier at least 24 hours in advance.

For Oversized Items Delivery Services Requiring A Signature:

All damage and defects must be noted on all copies of the delivery receipt and/or a Bill of Lading and reported to us within 24 hours.

  • If the item is severely damaged, refuse the item and note the Bill of Lading as Refused Due to Damage.
  • Please make sure you thoroughly inspect your item while the carrier is still at your home. Any damages/defects MUST BE NOTED upon signing for the delivery. If the carrier will not wait for you to inspect the item, sign your Bill of Lading as “Subject To Inspection”.

What if Damage if found after the Delivery? 

Please make note of the following details: 

  • Package condition
  • How it was received (left at front door, signed for), and description of the damage.
  • Take several pictures showing the affected area(s).
  • DO NOT discard any of the shipping box or packing materials.
  • DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.
