Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery and will not include the actual shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost, unless the return is result of our error or defective products. To initiate a return, customer must send us the return request, please check your order and send us an Email: email@example.com about your return request. Your order number, return reason and pictures of original shipping label and packaging box are required to be included in the Email. After receiving your return request Email, Our customer service associate will start your return process. If your return request get approved, Prepaid labels will be provided as well as freight pick up scheduling when applicable. If items are returned, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
All returns must include all original packaging and shipping materials. We do not disassemble and repackage. We will not accept returns that are not packed back in their original packing material. Returns without original packaging are not subject for return, there are no exceptions. Assemble and then disassemble products are not returnable. Mattresses opened(unless damaged or defective), Mattress Toppers and Pillows, rugs, sheets if unpacked, are also not returnable. No buyer remorse returns.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Full amount refund will be made within 1-3 working days with shipping cost deducted .Any damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund, we will work with you to find a solution.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Items marked “final sales” are not able to be returned or refunded. Refund is made only to the original method of payment.
We do not offer exchanges and price matching. You can cancel your order before it leaving our warehouse, you may Note that once the goods left our warehouse it’s in transit, Cancellation request will not be accepted.
For items missing parts or defective, we will send you replacement at free of charge. Just send us pictures of missing parts and description of where are the problems. Also your order number, package box picture, shipping label picture.
